Event Status & Refund Policy
At this time, Jack’s Generic is on track to take place at its respective date and location. We are monitoring the ongoing developments around coronavirus and following the guidance of local, state, and federal officials and health agencies.
In addition to guidelines, we have decided to cap Jack’s Generic Tri to 400 participants.
We will offer the option to transfer your entry to another upcoming event if a government entity issues a ban on mass gatherings due to the COVID-19 pandemic that would prevent this event from occurring. We will offer to refund 100% of your entry fee if a government entity issues a ban on mass gatherings due to the COVID-19 pandemic that would prevent this event from occurring.
50% refunds are available until July 15, 2020. Transaction fees cannot be refunded. No refunds will be available after that date. Transfers and deferments are not permitted. This policy is necessary because almost all of the supplies and services for the event must be purchased well in advance of the actual event date. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund. In most cases, refunds will be issued to the credit card used during registration and will take up to 10 days to appear on your credit card statement.
